I have completed and uploaded to youtube a basic modeling tutorial for students in 3D Computer Graphics 1. The tutorial provides students new to Cinema 4D an understanding of a variety of modeling techniques that can be used to create a foundation for a 3D modeled robot. The tutorial is comprised of 10 videos and front, side and top view templates for modeling the robot. These templates are located below. Feel free to utilize these videos, link to these videos, post these videos or just use the templates to create your own model. I would love to see what others come up with and share those with my students. Future tutorials will focus on refining and enhancing the details of the basic structure as well as setting up a basic rig for animation.

This looks like a great tutorial, unfortunately YouTube is blocked at my school. Any chance of you posting the videos to Vimeo, or making a zip file to download them?
Interesting that your school blocks youtube, but not Vimeo. Our school is just the opposite. I will look at posting a link to Vimeo, when I can get the time to upload. Greyscalegorilla.com has great tutorials and uses Vimeo.
