Uploaded Basic ‘Gas Mask’ Model. Its Yours.

Check the Box Widget. Just uploaded a free 500 Poly Gas Mask I threw together for an upcoming project. Have at it. Of course, you are responsible for refining it and texturing/painting it….Should it have been more efficient? Probably, but for my purposes it will work fine once refined, mapped and painted. Besides, it will only be seen from a distance. So I have already put too much into it.. Anyhow, enjoy if you wish. Let me see what you have done with it if you use it…If I had the time, i.e. was not teaching full time and working extra duty as a production potter, I’d probably have this baby solid. This summer, I’ll make a note to do that….Cheers!

Update: I have added another one that is a little more contemporary in style and plays with thread textured materials. It can be seen below the older mask and can be downloaded for free from the widget box.

Update: Third model now uploaded to the widget box. This one is a bit heavier than the others. It still needs work on the back side. Rivets for the side straps and a connection in for the top and back. I was a bit lazy with this one. This teaching semester has been very busy, so very little time to play……I will push through this plateau and start cranking out the work when schools settles down a bit. I may have to wait until summer. Ceramic work needs updated as well.
